KM ZERO brought together in Valencia an extraordinary group of 50 Food Changemakers from more than 20 countries. People who are part of our network with very different trajectories, approaches and perspectives, but with a common goal: to work together to transform the global food system. With the reflections drawn from this meeting, we created the seventh edition of Fooduristic, our annual report.
Fooduristic'25 includes the challenges, the outstanding cases, the recommendations and, above all, the opportunities that the sector must address to guarantee a just and sustainable food future, around 10 keys. These keys address issues as urgent as sustainable water management, access to good food, health and longevity, to the need to direct capital towards generating positive impact.
