In this report, we present KM ZERO SQUAD, the global network that we promote with the mission of leading the transformation towards a healthier, more sustainable, resilient and just food system.

This continuously growing network of ambassadors is initially composed of the 50 people who are shaping the future of food from different perspectives: investing in impact solutions; researching how to reinvent livestock and agriculture; bringing delicious and beneficial products to the market for consumers and the planet; developing solutions against waste from the revaluation of waste to the reduction of waste along the entire chain; using technology to add more value to the industry, thinking about new models for distribution channels; and considering how to raise awareness among future generations.

As always, in our Fooduristic report, we also give an account of the activities and initiatives we have developed throughout the year, such as Food Summit talks and the reflections of our industry partners and institutions.
